Julie Chen Moonves, who was among the first hosts and moderators of The Talk (a Daytime Emmy Award winning talk show) was back on the air in August for the 22nd episode. However, her true passion came when she added writer to her roles and earned an Emmy for this. Additionally, she was awarded one Emmy award for her outstanding host of a talk program. She was co-hosting CBS News weekday morning show The Early Show between 2002 between 2002 and 2010. Her prior roles included anchoring the CBS Morning News and The Early Show. After 9/11 she went to Cairo for an informative and eye-opening interview.
