Annet Mahendru

Mahendru a Russian Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. She is proficient of German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father, and mother of a Russian mother. At age 11 she created a choreography that gained her an appearance on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden, who turns into a playful Indian dancer. After completing the high school level at the age of 11 in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. Following school, she began acting classes in the HB Studio, but she moved on to study improvisation at the Groundlings School taking on several comedy projects thereafter. Her birthplace was in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru and the Russian mother Olga. When she was just 13 her parents split up. Her father moved the family to East Meadow New York. Television actress who is best known for her portrayal of an ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. Her other roles included recurring ones in The Following on Fox, The Following as well as NBC's The Blacklist.
